Who is responsible
Mihail Duchev develops MidClick. The final business contact and production-service details will be completed before the public launch.
Gestures and settings
Mouse and trackpad contacts are processed on your Mac to recognize gestures. MidClick does not upload those contacts, record the screen, read the clipboard or log typed keys. Gesture settings and selected app lists remain on the Mac. There is no advertising SDK or analytics SDK in the app.
Trial and license information
The current development app stores its trial-use counter locally. Production machine licensing and the server-backed trial are still being prepared. The final notice will identify the machine and use-day information they process before those services are enabled.
Website and updates
This website includes no analytics, advertising pixels, external fonts or tracking cookies. Cloudflare hosts this website and may process ordinary delivery and security requests. Automatic or manual update checks request the update feed and, when chosen, the update download. Network providers may process connection information such as IP address, user agent and request time to deliver these files.
Purchases and support
There is no public checkout yet. Payment-provider identity, purchaser data and fulfillment details will be documented before sales open.
If you contact support, your message and reply address are used to answer you. Crash reports are saved locally and are only placed in an email draft if you choose; nothing is sent automatically.
Purposes, retention and service providers
Production legal bases, retention periods, service providers and international-transfer arrangements are not finalized. They must be documented before the corresponding services launch.
Your choices and rights
You can disable automatic update checks, revoke Accessibility permission, and remove the app. Depending on the law that applies, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, request portability, and complain to a supervisory authority. Retention required by law may limit deletion of transaction records.

Website hosting
This static website is hosted by Cloudflare. It has no publisher-added analytics, advertising trackers, contact form, or mailing-list form. Cloudflare may process ordinary delivery and security information, including IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and request times. Provider processing and retention follow the applicable service configuration and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. The app data practices described above are separate from these website requests.
