These terms cover the MidClick website and direct macOS edition of the app.

Availability
MidClick is available by direct download from this website. Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Screenshots and descriptions show the current app and may change as it develops.
You may install and evaluate MidClick on Macs you own or are authorized to use, subject to the app's trial limits. This permission does not transfer ownership of the app or authorize resale or redistribution.
Trial and purchases
The trial allows 14 days of actual gesture use; idle days do not count. Gestures pause when both the trial allowance and any valid signed license entitlement have ended. The app supports machine-bound receipt activation, renewal and remote deactivation.
The direct-release offer is a one-time US$3.99 license for up to three Macs you own or control. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record.
The checkout identifies the merchant of record and final price and taxes before payment. These terms and the support guide explain compatibility, activation and connectivity requirements, update entitlement and refunds. Applicable digital-delivery and withdrawal information is presented before purchase. Visiting this website or starting the trial creates no subscription or automatic charge.
License terms for a purchase
When you purchase MidClick through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant handles the sale, payment, applicable sales taxes and receipt under its buyer terms. Mihail Plamenov Duchev grants you a non-exclusive license to install and use the covered MidClick version on up to three Macs you own or control. Ownership of the software is retained by its rights holders. You may release an activation and move it to another Mac; uninstalling alone does not release a seat.
The one-time base price is US$3.99 before applicable checkout tax, for up to three Macs. The checkout will show the final total before payment. The trial remains 14 days of actual gesture use, counted locally; idle days do not count and it does not become a paid subscription automatically.
The license includes all MidClick 1.x updates. Any paid major-version upgrade is a separate decision and purchase. A perpetual entitlement to the covered version does not promise perpetual support or unlimited offline access.
Activation requires internet access. Each signed license receipt lasts up to 30 days, and the app schedules renewal after seven days with a small delay to spread requests. A temporary outage preserves access until the current receipt expires. If neither the trial nor a valid receipt permits use, gestures pause until access is restored.
You may request a voluntary refund within 30 days of purchase under the refund policy.
Requirements and compatibility
MidClick is a macOS utility for compatible Magic Mouse and trackpad gestures. It needs the permissions explained by the app, including Accessibility permission. Individual applications decide how to respond to middle clicks, drags, pinch and rotation actions.
MidClick requires macOS 13 Ventura or later on an Intel or Apple silicon Mac, with a Magic Mouse, built-in MacBook trackpad or Magic Trackpad. The app depends on undocumented macOS touch interfaces, so an operating-system update may affect functionality or require an app update. See the support guide before choosing to purchase.
Responsible use and third-party rights
Use MidClick only on computers you are entitled to control and for lawful purposes. Do not resell the app, share private license credentials without permission, or use it to interfere with someone else's computer. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law does not allow to be restricted.
Third-party components retain their own licenses and notices, which are included with the app. Apple, Magic Mouse and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. MidClick is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
Updates, support and privacy
No update schedule or support response time is guaranteed. You can choose whether MidClick checks automatically for updates and review the support guide for setup and troubleshooting.
The Privacy Policy explains local gesture processing, stored settings, update requests, license requests and optional support messages. Do not send confidential information that is unnecessary for a support request.
Limitations and consumer rights
Software may contain defects. Back up important work and use your judgment when enabling input gestures in other applications. To the extent permitted by law, no additional promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation is made.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. The merchant’s checkout presents its purchase and digital-delivery terms. These developer terms do not treat download or activation alone as a waiver of any applicable statutory withdrawal right. Our 30-day voluntary refund offer remains available regardless of download or activation; mandatory remedies are unaffected. Contact support with your order number to request a refund or exercise applicable rights.
Changes
Revised terms will be published here with an updated date. Changes do not remove mandatory rights or retrospectively change an existing purchase without a lawful basis. You can stop using MidClick and remove it from your Mac at any time.
