Developer and scope

Mihail Duchev develops MidClick. The paid terms below describe the intended launch offer. No purchase is available through this preview website.

Trial and paid license

The planned purchase will grant a non-exclusive license to use MidClick on up to 3 Macs you own or control. The intended trial is 14 days of actual use. Idle days do not count. Your payment receipt and these terms identify the license purchased.

Connectivity and transfers

The direct edition requires an internet connection for activation and periodic receipt renewal, at least every 30 days. Functionality pauses when both license and trial allowances expire. Deactivate a Mac before reassigning its seat; support can help if that Mac is unavailable. This transfer workflow must be available before the paid release.

Updates and compatibility

The planned license includes MidClick 1.x updates. A later major version may be a separate purchase. MidClick depends on undocumented macOS touch interfaces; a future system update can affect functionality. Only the published, tested compatibility list is supported. No promise is made that every gesture is handled identically by every app.

Permitted use

Do not resell the app or share license credentials without permission. Do not use it to interfere with another person's computer. Any restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law. Third-party component licenses are included in the app and retain their own terms.

Refunds and consumer rights

The intended refund policy is set out below. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies. The checkout identifies the seller, taxes and delivery terms. Any agreement affecting a statutory withdrawal right is requested separately at checkout.

Support and limitations

Use the support guide for installation and troubleshooting. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided without additional warranties, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the license. Mandatory warranties and liabilities that cannot legally be limited are unaffected.

30 days to decide

When sales open, the intended policy is a full refund within 30 days of purchase, without needing to give a reason.

How to request it

Reply to your purchase receipt or contact support with the order number and purchasing email address. Do not send payment-card details. The payment provider processes the refund to the original payment method; posting time depends on the provider and bank.

What happens to the license

A refunded or charged-back purchase no longer grants a paid license. The licensing service revokes or suspends it. Previously issued offline receipts may remain valid until their expiry.

Your legal rights

This commercial policy is additional to mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. Where immediate delivery of digital content affects a statutory withdrawal right, any required explicit agreement and acknowledgment is requested separately at checkout.

Customer support will open with the public release. See the support guide for installation help.
